By accessing or using DoX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DoX.

2. License Grant

DoX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial document management purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DoX, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Take full responsibility for the content you create, scan, or manage using the App.
• Not use the App for any illegal activities or to process illegal content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by DoX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
